A Voice Made For Print

I’ve been told I possess a face made for radio and a voice made for print, but I won’t let that stop me any longer. I’m done asking permission.

But let’s rewind a bit. I’m Matthew Graybosch, author of the novels Without Bloodshed and Silent Clarion. I originally published through a small press, but now it’s time to go full indie. However, I am not content to merely slap together new editions of previously published work.

Instead, I would like you to join me for a series of recorded pre-writing sessions. Watch as I begin by identifying the central players in my stories. Listen as I flesh them out, build the world around them, and create a plot based on their interactions and conflicts.

It’s a backstage pass into the process of writing the Starbreaker Saga that few authors would dare offer. I daresay most authors know better than to do so, but I don’t. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m doing it anyway.

So please join me on the Dunning-Kruger Express. I anticipate the release of my first episode of “The Joy of Writing” around Labor Day weekend, but I can’t guarantee the presence of happy little trees.
