I've been looking at using Eleventy, a new high-performance static site generator, to review my presence on the World Wide Web. It looks extremely flexible, so I should be able to use it to not only recreate a blog here, but also create a new Starbreaker site that presents my existing work as web serials and allows me to start a rebooted Starbreaker saga as a new set of web novels.
I'll keep running Tanelorn, but limiting to my platform to a niche protocol that perhaps a thousand people at most use isn't going to help me get to the point where I can make a living writing full-time. Not going to abandon the Gemini Protocol completely though. Since Eleventy takes Markdown sources, it's not that hard to convert my content for Gemini protocol.
In any case, I've got to do more research. And things are busy at my day job. And Catherine wants to adopt a dog, so I've got to help prep the house.
